Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal Machines

Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal Machines

With top film feed wrapping, ワンダー カジノ film roll is installed above ワンダー カジノ height of ワンダー カジノ product being conveyed,
while in Inverted wrapping, ワンダー カジノ film roll is installed below.
Top film feed wraps ワンダー カジノ product from above and is suitable for wrapping individual products.
In contrast, Inverted wraps products sitting directly on ワンダー カジノ film and is used for wrapping multiple products and packaging under special conditions.

Horizontal form-fill-seal machine process flow can be roughly divided inワンダー カジノ 4 steps: feeding, forming, center sealing, end sealing.
STEP1Feeding
First, a finger fin or belt conveyor is used to supply products. ワンダー カジノ method is selected according to ワンダー カジノ characteristics of ワンダー カジノ product to be packaged, and ワンダー カジノ product is aligned and conveyed.
STEP2Forming

STEP3Center seal
Both ends of ワンダー カジノ film are sandwiched from ワンダー カジノ outside and heat is applied to make ワンダー カジノ center seal.
At this time, overhead product control belt are held down to prevent contents from shifting inside. Depending on ワンダー カジノ product, a brush or vacuum may be used to lightly press down ワンダー カジノ film as it is conveyed.
STEP4End seal
ワンダー カジノ cutter-equipped top and bottom plates simultaneously adhere to and cut ワンダー カジノ product. Horizontal form-fill-seal machines are often suitable for packaging large quantities of ワンダー カジノ same product.
This packaging machine can be used for a wide variety of products, with ワンダー カジノ exception of liquids and products that come apart easily.

STEP1Forming
A mold is placed over heated and softened bottom film to form a depression in ワンダー カジノ film with ワンダー カジノ force of compressed air. Depression shape is determined by ワンダー カジノ mold in ワンダー カジノ Forming section, so various depression shapes can be made by changing ワンダー カジノ mold.
STEP2Feeding
Contents are automatically or manually put into ワンダー カジノ Formed film.
STEP3Sealing
ワンダー カジノ film is joined with ワンダー カジノ top film that was set on top. When ワンダー カジノ overlapping films are sealed, ワンダー カジノ air inside is removed, creating a vacuum.
STEP4Cutting
ワンダー カジノ sealed products are set vertically and horizontally, and cut in turn.
Vacuum packs are often used to enhance shelf life through ワンダー カジノ packaging, but depending on ワンダー カジノ nature and use of a product, gas, steam, or skin packs can also be used.
Non-vacuum packing is also possible.
Examples of non-vacuum blister packs include packaging for pharmaceuticals ワンダー カジノ industrial products.

Tray wrapping operations can be roughly divided into four steps: feeding & forming, cutting, folding, ワンダー カジノ discharging.
STEP1Feeding & Forming
Film set on top is formed into a tube shape, and ワンダー カジノ product on ワンダー カジノ tray is fed into ワンダー カジノ tube.
STEP2Cutting
ワンダー カジノ film is cut at ワンダー カジノ product front and back.
STEP3Folding
ワンダー カジノ cut film in front of and behind ワンダー カジノ tray are taken to ワンダー カジノ underside of ワンダー カジノ tray via ワンダー カジノ movement of ワンダー カジノ roller conveyor and ワンダー カジノ transition of air.
STEP4Discharging
As ワンダー カジノ tray passes through ワンダー カジノ discharge conveyor, it is heated from below by a heater to make ワンダー カジノ film adhere to it. Since stretch film is used for packaging, it can be adjusted to various shapes.
Any product on a tray can be accommodated.

Cartoners are used for ワンダー カジノ interior of product packages, while casers are used for ワンダー カジノ exterior of corrugated cardboard boxes for shipping and oワンダー カジノr packaging.

STEP1Folding
Blank sheets are folded, assembled, and transported along ワンダー カジノ guides.

STEP2Feeding
Products are fed into ワンダー カジノ box as it is being formed. Feeding methods, such as pushing in from ワンダー カジノ side, pushing up from ワンダー カジノ bottom, or lowering from ワンダー カジノ top, vary from machine to machine.
STEP3Gluing

STEP4Sealing
